Who Are the BlissNinnies ?
(Mark "Tuttie" Danley, Jerry "Homer" Brown, Nick "Mooshie" Chargin, Victor "VeMan" Manning)

Since the Fall of '90, BlissNinnies have been performing electrifying sets at parties, clubs, and festivals all over the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as Eureka/Arcata, Davis/Chico, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Lake Tahoe & Las Vegas, NV, Eugene & Portland, OR., and points in between.

During that time, we've built a rich repertoire culled from the best of American Folk, Rock & Roll, and Rhythm & Blues traditions. From these influences, and our individual backgrounds in Jazz, Electronic, and Modern Art music, BlissNinnies weave a colorful fabric of High-Energy, original, psychedelic dance music to shake your bones and rock your soul.

With Whom Have They Played ?

Over the years, we've been fortunate to share a stage with artists such as: Steve Kimock, Zero, Jefferson Starship, The Radiators, String Cheese Incident, JGB, Rusted Root, Jazz Mandolin Project, and Leftover Salmon, as well as a host of other regional and national acts including Merl Saunders and the Rainforest Band, David Gans with Crazy Fingers, Mother Hips, Electric Circus, Max Creek, Box Set, Puddle Junction, Zen Tricksters, and our road brothers, Old Dead Bug and Grampa's Chili.

What kinds of music do they play ?

BlissNinnies have been known to bring an audience to waves of excitement playing their own colorful original progressive material, but are equally at home playing tunes from such great American artists as: The Allman Brothers Band, The Grateful Dead, Frank Zappa, The Band, Bob Dylan, ZZ Top, Chuck Berry, Little Feat, Phish, and the legendary HighTailers!! And they're not afraid to mix it up with music fromThe Who, The Beatles, Eric Clapton, Pink Floyd, and other great bands!!
